Portfolio: First Federal Online Banking: www.ffbh.com






As Webmaster of the First Federal Web site, www.ffbh.com, I am also responsible for the look and feel of the Online Banking and Online Bill Payment sites. After we launched the non-secure side of the site, I managed the upgrade of Online Banking to an improved interface, as well as ensuring the look and feel matched the new branding. I worked closely with our hosting provider on the implementation.

I was also responsible for customer communication regarding the upgrade (email to Online Banking customers, top image). The site launched in February 2008 (bottom image).
