I served as the freelance marketing/public relations consulant for T-Shirt Construction Co., a retail/studio space in historic Inman Park. I developed a press kit and targeted public relations campaign as part of an overall marketing plan & strategy. I mailed press kits in logoed tote bags to key media and did followup calls and pitches. I garnered quite a bit of coverage, including a full-page article in accessAtlanta on Thanksgiving day; an article on the owner and her concept for the store in Creative Loafing; short pieces in Jezebel and Atlanta Magazine; and a cover story in David Atlanta. I also garndered ongoing coverage of studio art openings in various publications.
