    Variable Series: Waves of Joy

    This is another exploration using a variety of colors and a lot of paint to imply the ocean. I used my technique of swirling the paint and mixing it on the canvas. I had such joy in painting it - such bliss living in that moment - that I thought I should name it "Joy". When my boyfriend saw the piece, he said "You should call it 'Waves of Joy'." So I did! Painted on stretched canvas. Edges are also painted, so no need for a frame. Painting is signed and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity that includes the COA number, title, date and my signature.
