    My cousin had a baby in March, so I decided to crochet a baby blanket for her and the baby. I actually started working on it in January - but didn't finish it until August 1! It took such a long time because it required over 19,233 double crochet stitches. Surprisingly, it only took 10.5 skeins of yarn. Because of the amount of work involved, I don't sell afghans - I would never be able to make enough money to cover the work.
